摘要 通过介绍一种新型的基于基片集成波导(Substrate Integrated Waveguide,简称SIW)技术和开口谐振环(Split-Ring Resonator,简称SRR)缺陷地面结构(Defected Ground Structure,简称DGS)的带通滤波器,基片集成波导技术具有高通传输特性,加载开路枝节的SRR-DGS级连周期结构具有低通传输特性。设计了中心频率在6.05GHz的带通滤波器,仿真结果表明:在5.4-6.7GHz内,带内插损优于0.1dB. A novel filter based on substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) and Split-Ring Resonator (SRR) defected ground structure (DGS) is intruduced. Substrate integrated waveguide has high-pass performance and periodic structure of SRR DGS which is loaded with open stubs has low-pass performance. The filter proposed in this paper combines the two structures and forms a band-pass filter. Based on this structure, a broadband band-pass filter is designed whose center frequency is at 6.05 GHz. The simulation results show that the insertion loss is better than 0.1 dB with the band within 5.4 to 6.7 GHz.
