摘要
为了缩短产品的设计周期,降低生产成本,本文基于整体参数化、人机交互人性化和设计分析一体化的思想对CATIA V5进行了二次开发,并以数控工作台建模为实例给出了具体开发步骤。为结构较复杂,规格多样化产品的制造实现CAD/CAE/CAM一体化打下了一定的基础。
In order to shorten the design cycle of a product as well as reduce the cost of production, this article carries out the secondary development on CATIA V5 based on the thoughts of whole product parameterization, man-machine interaction humanization, design and analysis integration, and then gives the detailed development steps by the example of numerical control workbench modeling. It lays the foundation for the manufacture of complicated structure and variegated specification products to realize CAD/CAE/ CAM integration.
