摘要
首先总结了现有设施选址决策方法,分析了现有方法的局限性,进而提出了综合多准则决策的保障设施选址-分派方法.在研究描述被保障单位的保障反应时效性要求的函数的基础上,基于最大覆盖选址模型和"部分覆盖"思想建立了使保障部门和被保障单位满意度最大的选址-分派优化模型,给出了基于拉格朗日松弛的模型求解算法并进行了算法实验验证,实验结果表明该算法有效.
Military support facility location is an important aspect of research on equipments' support and logistics, which has crucial effect on the support system' s service efficiency. The paper firstly summarized the present decision methods of facility location, and analyzed their limitations. Then the multi-criteria integrated military support facility location-allocation method was proposed. After investigation on the response time-satisfaction function of the supported units, the facility location-allocation optimal model based on the Maximal Covering Location Model and the Partial Covering idea was built. The optimal objective of the model was to maximize the satisfaction of both the support department and the supported units. Lastly a heuristic algorithm based on Lagrangean relaxation was provided. The computational results indicated the availability of the algorithm.
