摘要
长江中下游平原区成灾大洪水,一般定性区分为两类:流域性洪水、区域性洪水。在实际防汛中,如何根据当时汛情发展,科学合理地对洪水类型、洪水量级等特征进行判断,用以指导防洪工作,是一个重要的实际问题。在分析长江暴雨洪水基本特性的基础上,通过对历年大洪水的普查,从防洪实际需求出发,对长江流域性洪水的分类指标体系进行初步探讨。洪水分类指标体系的研究,对于解决目前防汛工作中存在的流域性洪水定义不清、指标不明、洪水量级划分不一等实际问题,并进一步规范对公众和媒体的汛情报道,具有积极意义。
The disaster flood in the middle and lower plain of the Yangtze river basin can be qualitatively classified as 2 kinds: basin flood and regional flood.In the practical flood control,how to scientifically and reasonably assess flood classification and magnitude etc.and guide flood control according to flood development condition is important practical issue.On the basis of basic characteristics analysis of storm flood in the Yangtze river basin,through general investigation on big flood in the history and according to practical flood control requirement,the classification index system of the flood in the Yangtze river is preliminarily researched.The research on the classification index system has active significance for solving the problems in flood control work at present,such as unclear definition of basin flood,indefinite index,inconsistent flood classification magnitude determination,and further standardizing flood condition report to publics and mass media.
