摘要
通过分析浙江家具业在技术人才、产品、营销模式及品牌方面存在软肋,结合消费者的消费特点以及家具业的竞争态势,提出通过环保产品的开发、基于合作的技术研发、基于产业集群的营销创新以及层次品牌的创建等措施获得竞争优势。
Through analysing the shortcomings in technician, product, the model of marketing and brand, combining the characters of consumers' behavior with the situation of competition, put forwaeds countermeasures to get the competitive Superiority, such as the development of enviornmental product, technology research based on cooperation, the innovative marketing model and different levels of brand based on industry cluster.
