摘要
通过历时4年的小区试验、理论推演和方法分析对比,基于GIS技术的支持提出了暴雨调蓄水力学物理模型。该模型可模拟暴雨期间的地面最大积水深度、积水时间及积水深度变化过程等,可为城市型水灾害防治管理、内涝灾害风险分析、水灾预警和应急处置提供技术支持。
Through the area experiment lasted four years, the theoretical deduction and the methodical analysis and comparison, a GIS-based hydraulic physical model for storm pondage was put forward. With simulation of the maximum waterlogging depth, waterlogging time and variation of waterlogging depth, the model can provide a technical support for prevention and management of urban inunda- tion, risk analysis of inland inundation, prewarning and emergency disposal of inundation.
