中国是世界上红曲生产与应用最早、最广、最好的国家,为了让大家了解我国古代红曲及红曲酒的发展史,弘扬中华民族优秀文化,推动我国红曲及红曲酒业的发展,搜集了唐、宋、元、明、清代史料中记载的红曲及红曲酒资料,供研究参考。(丹妮)
China is the pioneer and the most successful country in the world in the production and utilization of red starter. In order to let people know the development history of red starter and red starter liquor in antient times in China, to carry forward the excellent Chinese culture, and to advance further development of red starter and red starter liquor, the data of red starter and red starter liquor in historical record in Tang Dynasty,Song Dynasty, Yuan Dynasty, Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty were collected for reference.（Tran, by YUE Yang）
