摘要
将大鼠左肾静脉部分结扎以建立精索静脉曲张动物模型,对双侧睾丸的形态学及睾丸内前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)的变化进行研究。结果:睾丸组织学变化是生精阻滞,阻滞在精子细胞和精母细胞为最常见,并有间质小血管的病变。精索静脉曲张可导致睾丸内PGF2α浓度明显增高,高浓度的PGF2α能引起曲细精管病变,最终导致不育。
Experimental varicocele model was created by partial ligation of the left renal vein in the male rats. The degree of bilateral varicocele. Histological changes and changes in prostaglandins F 2α (PGF 2α ) concentration of both testes had been studied. The results showed that the histological changes included spermatogenesis arrest, most frequently at the stages of spermatocytes and spermatid, and pathological changes in small interstitial blood vessels. Varicocele can inducea marked elevation of testicular PGF 2α concentration which results in pathological manifestation of seminiferous tubules and in fertility.
