摘要
阐述了无人值班变电站建设方针,并通过500 kV锡西南、苏州西变电站无人值班示范工程项目研究和建设的经验成果,提出了华东电网500 kV无人值班变电站建设若干原则,并指出500 kV无人值班变电站作为电网智能化建设的一个重要环节和节点,它的建设、运行与管理是一项综合性的系统工程,需要系统规划、逐步实施,为最终完成建设智能化的华东电网奠定物质基础。
The construction strategy of unattended substation construction is presented, and several construction principles for 500 kV unattended substations of East China Power Grid are proposed based on the study and construction experience of unattended 500 kV Xixinan and Suzhouxi Substation project. It is pointed out that as a key part of intelligent gird, the construction, operation, and management of 500 kV unattended substations should be considered as an integrated systematic engineering project which needs systematic planning and step-by-step implementation.
