摘要
针对倒扣塑件内部空间较小,斜顶机构比较单薄的特点,介绍了一种被动式斜顶机构,与传统设计相比,该机构不仅解决了斜推杆的变形问题,提高了模具的使用寿命,而且节约了模具制作成本,同时实现了完全自动化生产。
As the inner sliding space of upended parts is narrow and the conventional angled ejecting mechanism is thin and weak, a type of driven angled ejecting mechanism was developed. The deformation of angled ejector pin is prevented and the service life of the mould is extended, therefore the run cost is reduced. Furthermore, the mould operates automatically.
