水中有机磷及氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量的GC-MS测定 被引量:17

摘要 采用二氯甲烷溶剂萃取,弗罗里硅土和无水硫酸钠层析柱净化,选择离子-气相色谱-质谱(SIM-GC-MS)联用检测水中16种有机磷和氨基甲酸脂类农药残留量。结果表明,农药混标在0.01~1.0μg/mL的浓度范围内线性良好,在0.2、0.05μg/mL两个水平添加回收率分别为85.1%~112.5%和78.2%~118.3%,相对标准偏差分别为4.3%~10.7%和3.5%~9.7%。本方法快速、灵敏、准确、可靠,可用于中多种农药残留的同时检测。 To make a simultaneous determination of 16 organophosphorous and carbamates pesticide residues in water. The pesticide residues were extracted from water with dichloromethane, cleaned up with a column filled with Florisil and anhydrousdisodium sulfate, and analyzed with gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. The results presented the excellent linearity between analytical signal and analyte concentration in the range of 0.01 - 1.0 μg/mL ; The recoveries obtained from samples spiked with standards at the concentration levels of 0.2 μg/mL and 0.05 μg/ mL were in the ranges of 85.1% ~ 112.5 % and 78.2 % ~ 118.3 %, respectively, with relative standard deviations of 4.3 %~10.7% and 3.5 % ~ 9.7 % , respectively. The method is rapid, sensitive, accurate and reliable, it can be used for simultaneous determination of pesticide residues in water.
