摘要
论述了软件资产管理的必要性,软件资产管理在企业获取竞争优势、防范风险及成本控制等方面能够起到非常显著的推动作用。对中国石油软件资产管理的现状和存在问题进行了分析,并对如何进行中国石油的软件资产统一管理提出了建议。
The necessity of SAM was discussed. The SAM can take notable promotive effect on obtaining superiority in competition,on guarding against risk,and on cost contral of enterprises. The management situation and the existing problem of PetroChina SAM were analyzed. Some suggestions for improving the management of the PetroChina SAM were proposed.
