摘要
文章以社会性别理论为基础,围绕维吾尔族妇女参与经济组织及其发展等问题展开探讨,以新疆喀什地区的两类经济组织为例,进行实地调查,分析经济组织与维吾尔族妇女发展的关系,并对维吾尔族妇女参与经济组织的情况与未来发展状况进行预测。
Based on gender theory,this paper discusses the issue of how Uygur women take part in economic organizations and its development.The author,taking two economic organizations in Kashgar,Xinjiang as an example,analyses the relationship between economic organization and Uygur women through field survey,and forecasts the situation and future development of those Uygur women who join the organizations.
