摘要
含硫490%的高变质程度煤在半连续式反应器中用醇碱和醇水溶剂进行了超临界萃取。利用Msbauer和XPS技术分析了不同反应条件下的固体产物形态硫。超临萃取脱硫中,黄铁矿变化为FeS2→FeS+Fe1-xS,其转化量和x值取决于反应条件,特别是温度。在煤的有机硫基团中,PhSH、Ph2S和四氢噻吩容易脱除。Ph2SO脱除较难,可用提高反应温度和往乙醇溶剂中加些水脱除,噻吩最难脱除,其脱除需要较高的反应温度。
