摘要
对圆管翻转成形时的轴向受压失稳、管端撕裂进行了分析,设计了1副圆管翻转模,并介绍了上、下模的几何参数、变形速度、管材材质、润滑条件等对翻转成形的影响。
An analysis was made on the destabilization state under axial compression condition and the tearing of the pipe end during the rolling forming process of a circular pipe. A die was developed for the rolling shaping of the circular pipe, and then the influences of some elements in terms of the structure parameters, deformation speed, pipe materials and lubricated conditions on the forming were presented.
