摘要
建立一套计算机盘硬盘磁头飞行高度实时检测及控制系统,通过电容法对硬盘磁头飞行高度进行检测,闭环反馈控制系统对检测高度进行控制,最终实现了在小加载力条件下,实现了硬盘磁头在335~595nm高度的飞行高度检测及控制;在加大载力条件下硬盘磁头在190~335nm高度的飞行检测及控制.
A real time flying height detecting and controlling system of magnetic pickup head of hard disk is studied. To detect the flying height of the magnetic pickup head, a method of using a capacitance is used. A closed loop feedback system is used to control the flying height of the magnetic pickup head. Finally the flying height of magnetic pickup head can be detected and controlled above the surface of the hard disk within 335nm to 595nm under the small loading force, and within 190 to 335nm under the heavy loading force.
