摘要
利用滚切法解决了在平面齿轮插削加工中齿轮轮齿易被切尖、切短的难题。根据滚削加工中相关参数的变化和联系建立数学模型,运用解逆向问题的方法约束在轮齿不变尖条件下的滚刀参数,为正确选用滚刀和得到理论精确的平面齿轮奠定了基础。
The problem that the gear-teethes are sharpened short in gear-shaping is solved with the gear-hobbing method. The mathematic model is build up according to the change and relation between the related parameters in the process of hobbing. The parameters of hobs in the condition that gear-teeth can not be sharpened short is restricted with the method of solving converse questions. The theory foundation is laid for rightly choosing hobs and getting the precision flat gears in theory.
