摘要
以椿叶花椒带腋芽的茎段为外植体,进行椿叶花椒组织培养与快速繁殖技术研究,筛选出最佳消毒方法为0.1%升汞消毒6 m in,最佳基本培养基为WPM,最佳增殖培养基为WPM+6-BA 0.2 mg.L-1+IBA 0.1 mg.L-1+NAA 0.1 mg.L-1,其增殖效果最好,培养30 d,增殖倍数达到3.5以上;并分析了激素配比对椿叶花椒组培苗增殖的影响。
Using the caulis segment with axillary bud of Z. ailanthoides Sieb. et Zuce. explant, the tissue culture of the Z. ailantho/des Sieb. et Zuce. and breed quickly technology were studied. The results showed that： The best sterlized method was usingO, 1 % L mercury in 6 min, andWPM＋6-BAO. 2mg·L^-1 ＋IBA10. 1mg·L^-1 NAAO. 1 mg·L^-1 is the best propagate development, culture 30 d, propagate multiple to above 3.5. The influence in the propagate of the tissue culture of Z. ailanthoides Sieb. et Zuce by different hormone mix were analized in the paper.
