摘要
介绍了生物催化手性化合物合成中使用的催化剂种类,生物催化手性合成方法在手性药物、手性化妆品及其它手性化合物合成中的应用,展望了这一方法在手性化合物合成方面的前景。
Types of catalyst used in the synthesis of chiral compounds by means of the method of biocatalysis are introduced,and the applications of this method in the synthesis of chiral medicine,chiral cosmetic and other chiral compounds are reviewed. The future of the application of biocatalysis in synthesizing ehiral compounds is discussed.
