摘要
从某种意义上说,进入20世纪90年代后,女性领导(feminist leadership)与女性化管理或者说柔性化管理(soft management)正处在一个逐渐形成的过程之中。这种柔性化管理风格的出现实质上是组织管理转型的前奏,从这个意义上说,女性领导与女性化管理的研究更多的是对企业管理创新的新探索。本文回顾了女性领导理论的发展过程,这有助于我们更加深刻地认识柔性化管理风格对组织转型的意义。
Feminist leadership and management or soft management is being formed in the 90's of 20^th century. For the soft management style can be considered as the prelude to the organizational management transfer, the research on feminist leadership and management, to some extent, is an exploration in the innovation for enterprise management. This paper reviews the history of theories on feminist leadership, which benefits the further understanding of the importance of soft management on the organizational transfer.
