摘要
目前,电力需求侧管理在我国进入了一个发展较快的时期,国家有关部门出台了很多关于电力需求侧管理的政策,对实施有序用电、提高能效、缓解电力供需矛盾发挥了积极的作用,但在实施过程中也发现了一些亟待解决的问题。为此,从电力需求侧管理相关知识的认知开始,分析了当前实施电力需求侧管理存在的问题和解决方法,为适时完善电力需求侧管理提出意见和建议。
Electric power demand side management （PDSM） has now entered a period of rapid development in China, and relevant state departments have put forward many corresponding policies to facilitate orderly power consumption, efficient energy use, and balance between power supply and demand. However, some problems pressing for solution have been found in implementing PDSM. Based on the related knowledge of PDSM, this paper analyzes the existing problems in implementing PDSM and solution thereof, offering proposals for the improvement on PDSM.
