摘要
以玉簪等6种宿根花卉的功能叶为试材,研究不同低温胁迫条件下叶片形态及SOD活性、可溶性蛋白质含量、细胞膜透性的变化,分析各种类的半致死温度(LT50)。结果表明,不同种类宿根花卉的抗寒性有着明显的差异,其抗寒性强弱依次为大花金鸡菊>宽叶麦冬>玉簪>鸢尾>白花三叶草>萱草。
Six perennial flowers were handled by different low temperature treatment. Cold resistance was studied through examining their leaf shape and detecting three physiological-biochemistry indexes, SOD activity.soluble protein content and membrane relative permeability, with analyzing their semi-lethal temperature. The result suggested there is distinct difference in cold resistance among them, the order of cold resistance of tested materials was Coreopsis grandiflora〉Liriope platyphylla〉Hosta plantaginea〉Iris spp. 〉Hemerocallis fulva.
