摘要
电网事故应急处理的黑启动过程中,经常会遇到电厂给水泵、循泵的启动等大功率异步电动机启动的情况,而这些大容量电动机的启动一定程度上会影响黑启动初始阶段小系统的稳定运行。结合上海电网黑启动试验,利用RTDS对大功率电动机启动时小系统的运行特性进行了仿真研究,认为电压下降是影响小系统安全运行的最主要因素。
During black starts, starting of large power motors such as feed-water pumps and circulating pumps in power plants can often occur, which will threaten the stable operation of the small system in the early stage of the black start. Based on the black start tests conducted by Shanghai Power Grid, the RTDS was used to simulate the operation of the small system when large power motors start up. The results show that voltage drop is the major factor that affects the safe operation of the small system.
