摘要
以油酸和季戊四醇(PE)为原料,对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,通过直接酯化的方法合成了季戊四醇油酸酯。反应的优化条件如下:对甲苯磺酸用量2%(油酸的质量分数),n(油酸)/n(PE)=4.1,反应温度160℃,反应时间1 h,甲苯为带水剂,优化条件下季戊四醇酯化率为98%。用柱层析法提纯产物,硅胶为吸附剂,石油醚为洗脱剂,收率75%。产物结构经IR光谱证实。
Pentaerythritol oleic acid ester was prepared through the esterification of oleic acid and pentaerythritol with p-toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst. The optimum reaction conditions found were as follows:n (oleicacid)/n (pentaerythritol) was 4.1, w(p-toluene sulfonic acid)= 2% (upon mass percent of oleic acid), reaction temperature 160 ℃, reaction time 1h. In the optimum condition the conversion ratio of pentaerythritol was 98%. The product was purified by column chrom- atography with silica gel as sorbent and petroleum ether as eluent, the yield was 75% .The structure of pentaerythritol oleic acid ester was identified by IR spectrum.
