摘要 采用浸胶玻璃纤维布强化方法制造杨木胶合板模板。以杨木胶合板模板的弹性模量为指标,分析玻璃纤维布浸胶量、偶联剂用量、玻璃纤维布上下面单板涂胶量等的影响。在试验确定的优化工艺条件下,模板的纵、横向弹性模量和纵、横向静曲强度分别提高23.6%、35.4%、24.5%和65.3%。 Poplar (Populus deltoides) veneers were used to make plywood for concrete forms. With the modulus of elasticity as an index, the effects of glass-fiber cloth, with the following conditions, were studied: various resin contents, addition of a silicone coupling agent, and resin spread at the interface between the veneer and the glass-fiber cloth. Under the optimum parameters obtained from the experimental results, the MOE∥, MOE⊥, MOR∥and MOR⊥ were improved by 23. 6%, 35.4%, 24.5% and 65.3%, respectively.
