摘要
概括分析了低压宽温低阻抗工作电解液的基本要求与研制途径,系统研究了以马来酸氢铵、马来酸四乙基氢铵为液质,乙二醇和γ-丁内酯为混合溶剂的2种新型工作电解液的基础性能.并通过成品电解电容器的高低温及频率特性的试验分析,证实可实用于—55~十105℃的低压电解电容器中,具有较好的高频低阻抗性能,电容器性能符合日本同类产品的性能标准要求.
The basic requirement and study means of the organic electrolytes for low voltage, wide temperature range and low impedance are briefly analysed.The basic properties of two new kinds of organic electrolytes with the solute of TEAM(Tetraethylammonium Maleate),AM (Ammoninm Hydrogon Maleate) and mixd solvent of EG(Ethylene Glycol)and γ-BL(γ-Butyrolactone)are also studied systematically. It is proved by experiments of high and low temperature and frequency characteristics of finished electrolytic capacitors that they can be used in low voltage electrolytic capacitors which are capable of continuous operation from 55℃to +105℃.And it is also proved that they have better low impedance properties at high frequency,which conform to the standard request of the same kind product of Japan.
