摘要
企业纵向边界是理论界长期研究和探讨的一个重要问题。随着全球经济的发展和演变,企业纵向边界的转换和变化日益呈现出动态复杂的变化过程。论文在回顾总结以往理论研究的基础上,对近年来文献研究进行了梳理,并指出经济学与管理学在企业动态纵向边界的融合趋势,最后提出了一些企业动态纵向边界研究需要进一步研究的问题。
Vertical firm boundary is a very important topic discussed by literatures for a long time. With the development and evolution of global economy, the transforms and changes of vertical firm boundary become more dynamic and complex. Based on past theories of vertical firm boundary, we review recent literatures and point out the combinations of economics and managment in this field and some problems to be solved in future research.
