摘要
采用扫描金相-微区成分分析、拉伸力学性能测试和x射线衍射生物相分析等手段对加入微量稀土Ce的凝汽器白铜管的腐蚀特性进行了观察和分析。结果表明:未加入微量稀土Ce的白铜管在硫化物中发生了典型的脱镍腐蚀。加入微量的稀土Ce不仅能有效地抑制其脱镍腐蚀,提高其耐蚀性能,而且对其组织性能均有所改善。
The corrosion characteristics of the white copper condenser tubes with trace elements rare earth( RE)Ce under different working conditions were studied by using metallography-energy spectnun, tensile test and XRD analysis techniques. The results show the white copper condenser tubes occurred denickel corrosion before adding the trace elements rare earth( RE) Ce and not only the denickel corrosion of them was resisted in the sulfide system but also the structures and properties of the tubes were inproved by adding the trace (BE) Ce.
