摘要
从上海市水稻科技入户工程的实践出发,分析了我国农技推广服务的现状,阐明了现行经济体制下沪郊水稻科技入户工程实施的重要性和必要性;归纳了水稻科技入户工程实施在本市农技推广过程中的重要作用;并客观地提出了当前实施水稻科技入户工程中存在的问题及对策,为后续的水稻科技入户工程的实施和各类农技推广服务的运作提供借鉴。
Based on the practice of making rice technology enter farm households in Shanghai, this paper analyzes the present situation of agro-technology extension and service in our country, clarifies the necessity of implementing a project of making rice technology enter farm households in Shanghai suburbs under the current economic system, sums up the important role of the project played during popularizing agro-technology in Shanghai, and objectively puts forward the problems and countermeasures of implementing the project at present, which could be used as a reference for follow-up implementation of the project and other agrotechnology extension service.
