介绍多功能天车液压站的组成及工艺要求;以打壳快速下降为例,论述液压系统工作过程;介绍液压系统无压力故障时的检查方法,分析造成液压系统无压力的原因,提出相应的预防措施。
The paper recommends the composition and process requirement of the hydraulic station on the multi-function overhead crane. Taking shelling operation drop down rapidly as an example, It describes the working process of the hydraulic system, recommends the checking method of hydraulic station without pressure, analyzes the reason for the system without pressure and puts forward relative precautions.
