摘要
本文对制备羟基磷灰石(HA)的Ca(NO3)2-(NH4)2HPO4-NH4OH-H2O体系进行热力学分析。计算求得HA沉淀最宜pH条件为10.6-12.4,热力学计算与实验结果和文献报告数据结果一致。
Hydroxyapatite[HA,Ca3(PO4)5 OH]is the main conshtuent of hard tissue of human bedy,such as bones and teeth.The synthesized HA can be used for artificial banes,artificial tooth roots or filler for bone defects and mateials for releasing medication.The preparation process of HA ceramics includes three steps:powder preparing,shaping and sintering.All of them especially the powder preparing affect directly properties of materials.The thermodynamic analysis on preparation of HA powde in Ca(NO3)2-NH4)2HPO2-NH4OH-H2O system with wetmethod has been carried out in order to prepare stoichiometric HA with ration Ca/P=l.67 and to obtain optimum processing conditions.It has been obtained from the thermodynamic analysis that the smtable pr6cipitahon pH rang6 of HA is 10.6-12.2.It gres with theexpenment resultThe thermodynamic analysis has directed the preparing process,cut down expenment numbers,and saved on time and cost.
