系统全面的分析和总结了临床及科研上运用于人体脂肪含量测定的各种方法,以及各种测量方法对肥胖症的界定,展示肥胖症脂肪含量及分布的研究现状,认识不同测量方法的优劣,强调双能X线吸收测量法的先进性,并展望此测量方法的应用前景。
To summarize measurements of human body fat composition and distribution in a systematic way in the clinical and research field and their determinations to obesity,the article showed the present research m the fat composition and distribution measurements, and their advantage and disadvantage, emphasizing the advance of the Dual Energy X-ray Absorptiometry（ DEXA）, and its prospect in clinical application.
