摘要
根据摩托车档位齿轮的产品特点,进行成型工艺分析优化,获得合理的产品精化毛坯,拔模斜度等参数,获取产品的预成型毛坯尺寸。根据产品不易成形和下料要求严格的特点,设计出一种增压分流结构,并对此成形工艺和模具结构利用DEFORM-3D软件进行模拟仿真,将模拟结果进行实际生产验证,从而获得一种产品性能优良、尺寸精确的温锻精密成形工艺和模具结构。
The rational rough and technological parameter of profile modified gear is gained by analysis and optimizing of forming, and the preliminary shaping size of product is defined. A new framework is designed because the product is formed with difficulty and its workpiece must be exact. The forming technics with this mould framework is simulated on DEFORM-3D, and the result is validated in real productibn. So the low cost gear with good performance can be produced by this mould construction and forming technics.
