摘要
研究了组织遗传对12CrlMoV钢粒状贝氏体组织形态和性能的影响。结果表明,12CrlMoV钢板条马氏体非平衡组织经加热获得条型粒状贝氏体,且贝氏体小岛排列具有明显的方向性;有着遗传特征的粒状贝氏体钢具有较高的强韧性和较高的热强性。
This paper deals with the influence of structural inheritance on the granular bainite shape and the properties of 12CrlMoV steel. The result shows that, 12CrlMoV steel obtains the stripe shape of granular bainite by heating non-equilbrium structure and cooling in oil,and the bainite islands arrange in the obvious direction. The granular bainite structure with inheritance character has higher strength and toughness,as well as excellent hot strength.
