摘要
建立一个分析顺铂药用Ｏ．Ｄ．Ｓ．柱，柱温３０℃、１．０％甲醇水做流动相和ＵＶ—２１０ｎｍ检测的反相色谱方法，实现了顺铂、反铂、一水络合物、二水络合物和铂Ｂ的定量分析，平均回收率分别为１００．３０％、９９．８０％、９９．９５％、９９．９６％和９９．８２％、相对标准偏差０．９％、０．６％、０．１％、０．２％和０．３％，检出限０．４４，２．７０，３．００，０．１０和０．３４ｐｐｍ。已成功应用于顺铂粉剂和稳定水剂中顺铂及其杂质的分析。
A reversed chromatographic determination has been established to analyse cisplatin drug and its trace impurities on the basis of the following conditions:O.D.S.column,30℃ column temperature,1% aqueous solution of methanol as mobile phase and UV-210nm detection.The method has been quantitatively determined cisplatin,transplatin,monoaquo complex,diaquo complex and platinum B with the average recoveries of 100.30%,99.80%,99.95%,99.96% and 99.82% and their detection limits of 0.44,2.70,3.00,0.10 and 3.40ppm respectively.
