摘要
实验队伍建设是高等学校的一项重要工作,直接影响实验教学的质量。但由于历史等方面的原因,高校实验队伍建设还存在一些不足。文章指出必须认识到实验教学的重要性,从管理制度、政治素养培养、业务学习、实验教学改革等方面采取相应的措施,加强实验队伍建设,提高实验教学质量。
The construction of laboratory staffs is one of the important tasks in university, which directly influences the quality of experiment teaching. The author discusses the disadvantages existing in the construction of laboratory staffs which are resulted from the history. It points out that we should realize the importance of experiment teaching, and take actions in the area of managing system, political quality, professional study, and reform of experiment teaching, in order to reinforce the construction of laboratory staffs and improve the quality of experiment teaching.
