摘要
通过优化设计并进行了大量的试验,选择了综合性能优异的特种蠕墨铸铁作为制动盘材料。这种制动盘与半金属基合成闸片相匹配的摩擦副不仅结构合理,摩擦制动性能良好,而且安全可靠性较高,完全满足我国高速列车制动技术条件及《铁路主要技术政策》的规定。试验结果,刹车盘盘面光洁,无任何损伤和裂纹,能满足200 ̄250km/h高速列车的运行要求。
By optimizing design and conducting a series of tests, a kind of special vermicular iron with excellent properties was chosen as the material for making the braking disc, The friction pair consisted from the braking disc of this kind and the metal-based synthetic block has not only proper construction, excellent friction braking property, bat also high safety reliability, so it could comprehensively meet the technical requirements for braking devices of Chinese high speed train, as well as meet the stipulation of "Principal Te.ehnical Policy of Railway". After test, the surface of the braking disc is bright and clean, has no any damage and cracks that meets the travel requirements for high speed trains.
