摘要 目的 探讨有效提取龙血树总RNA的方法,为进一步开发和利用龙血树资源提供依据。方法 以龙血树的根、茎和叶为实验材料,将Schneiderbauerd提出的从富含多酚类化合物的植物组织中提取总RNA的方法做了改进,建立了一种简单实用的从富含多酚类化合物的植物材料中提取总RNA的方法。结果 所提RNA的0D260/013230均大于2.0,OD260/OD280的值在1.80~1.92之间,电泳条带清晰,RNA完整性好。结论 用该方法能高质高量地制备富含多酚类化合物的药用植物RNA。 Objective To extract RNA from Dracaena Vand. ex L and lays a foundation for studying the formation mechanism of dragon' s blood of Dracaena Vand. ex L. Methods By modifying the method recommended by Schneiderbauerd for extracting total RNA from plant tissues rich in phenolic compounds., a simple and convenient method for extraction of total RNA from plant materials containing abundant polyphenols was established by using the root, stem and leaf of Dracaena Vand. ex L as experimental material. Results The value of RNA OD260/OD230 were all over 2.0 and the values of OD260/OD280 were between 1.80 to 1.92. The electrophoresis bands were clear on agarose gel and integrity of RNA was good. Conclusion RNA with high quality and high quantity can be extracted with this method for obtaining medieinal plants with high concentrations of phenolics.
