摘要
当前我国高校的思想政治工作还存在着许多问题,学生管理滞后于高校的整体发展。班集体是学生在校期间接受素质教育的主要场所,是学生人格锤炼的亚环境。班级工作的基础性作用应该得以进一步加强。在此过程中,应该坚持正面引导,用“四信三观”教育广大青年学生;大力加强班委会、团支部建设,巩固青年学生的综合教育设施;转变观念,切实改进“三会”的形式和方法,加强班级管理的制度建设。
In this new era of economic development, the important progress has been made in the research of the ideological and political work in the universities of China. However, student management is in delay comparing with the development of university. The class is the main location of receiving education for all-round development, also is the provider of sub-environment for personality formation. So the fundamental role of class should be strengthened during the conversion process of working methods. The class management mechanism will push forward the achievements of the ideological and political work in the universities of China.
