摘要
研究了多模式交通网络的拥挤道路收费问题,建立了双层规划模型。其中:上层模型以网络收益与网络成本之差的最大化为目标;下层模型满足多模式交通网络的随机用户平衡。最后,设计了一个基于步长加速法和惩罚函数法的启发式算法,并求解算例。
A hi-level programming model of congestion pricing based on multimode traffic network is established in this paper. The upper model's objective is to maximize the difference between the benefits and the cost of the whole system, and the lower one's is stochastic user equilibrium with mode choice. A heuristic algorithm which is base on step acceleration method and penalty function method is proposed, and a numerical example is presented.
