摘要
输料装置是生物质热解液化工艺系统中不可或缺的设备之一;而连续稳定的输料特性是保证生物质热解液化工艺过程的关键技术。介绍了一种实验采用的生物质输料系统;并以不同粒径的锯末、稻壳、麦麸、玉米粒为生物质代表原料,实验研究了各种因素对输料量的影响规律。实验结果对实现生物质连续可靠的热解液化生产过程具有重要的参考价值。
The transporting unit is one of the indispensable facilities in the biomass pyrolytic liquefaction system and the continuous and steady transporting characteristic is the key to ensure the process of biomass pyrolytic liquefaction. This paper introduces one biomass transporting system adopted in the experiment; taking sawdust, paddy shell, wheat hull and corn grain with different grain diameters as the representative materials, the influence law of various factors on transportation capacity is studied in this paper. The research results obtained can offer an important reference for realizing a continuous and reliable biomass pyrolytic liquefaction process.
