摘要
对所选的淮南矿区煤样分别添加钠系、钙系和铁系助熔剂及其复配物,实验结果表明,煤样的灰熔点均有所降低,其降低程度受助熔剂的种类、加量及复配方式的影响。借助红外光谱和XRD分析煤灰矿物组成的变化,证实煤灰熔点降低的直接原因是助熔剂的加入改变了煤灰矿物组成,高温下生成新的低温共熔物。
The ash fusion characteristics of two Huainan coal samples, selected from Huainan coal mine area, are studied by adding fluxes N, C ,F and their mixture. The results indicate that the ash fusion temperature can be decreased remarkably by adding N, F for HNII5 and HN119 coal ashes, while ash fusion temperature show different change tendency by adding C. By using FFIR and XRD, the mineral composition and mineral transformation of HN119 ash athigh temperature was discussed.
