摘要
目的考察不同pH下2-羟丙基-β-环糊精(HPCD)对尼扎替丁的增溶作用,并测定包合物的稳定常数。方法运用相溶解度法在25℃进行增溶实验,采用UV法测定尼扎替丁的浓度。结果随着HPCD浓度的增加和pH的增大,尼扎替丁的溶解度随之增加。计算了不同pH下包合物的表观稳定常数。结论HPCD对尼扎替丁有较好的增溶作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the solubilization of 2- hydroxpropyl- β - cyclodextrin(HPCD) in aqueous solutions at different pHs and determine the Nizatidine- 2- hydroxpropyl - β- cyclodextrin stability constant. METHODS Phase - solubility method was adopted to study the solubilization effect at 25 ℃, and UV spectrophotometer was used to determine the concerntration of Nizatidine. RESULTS The apparent solubility of Nizatidine was enhanced by increasing HPCD concentration. The apparent stability constants were calculated respectively. CONCLUSION HPCD is an ideal solutizer for Nizatidine.
