Methods for determining total urinary protein concentration and related problems

摘要 尿蛋白定量对肾脏疾病的诊断、分期、治疗监测和预后判断有着非常重要的意义。现就目前常用及部分新的尿蛋白定量检测方法进行回顾,并对其准确性、灵敏度以及对各种蛋白质成分的测定一致性、干扰因素等方面进行评价和讨论,以期为相关人员正确选择分析方法和判断检测结果提供帮助。
