旧书刊纸高浓碎浆脱墨工艺的优化 被引量:2

摘要 为了更好的回收利用大量旧书刊纸,作者在文中对废旧书刊纸脱墨过程的操作条件和所用化学品等两大类影响因素主要从脱墨后浆料中的残余油墨浓度和白度等方面进行了优化.经优化,废旧书刊纸脱墨时的工艺条件为:浆料浓度15%、温度60~80℃、时间30min、搅拌速度300r/min、NaOH 3%、Na2SiO31%、脱墨剂0.4%、H2O21%,其中碎浆过程中的浆料浓度以及NaOH、H2O2用量是影响脱墨浆中尘埃度的主要因素. Deinking processes on old book paper in both the reacted chemicals and operating conditions were optimized. The residue ink content and brightness of deinked pulps were investigated as deinked effects. The results showed that the old book deinking conditions were: deinked consistency 15% ,temperature 60-80℃, mechanical revolving velocity 300r/min, rotating time above 30min, NaOH 3%, Na2SiO3 1%, deinking agent 0.4% ,H2O2 1%. Particularly, the deinking consistency, NaOH and H2O2 dosages were the most important factors on deinking efficiency.
