摘要
以廉价的河砂为滤料,研究了接触氧化装置对铁的去除效果.结果表明,当进水铁浓度在6mg/L、滤速为8.3 m/h、pH值为6.8时,接触氧化滤柱中河砂表面的活性除铁滤膜需要6天的时间才能形成,活性滤膜后铁的去除率能够稳定在90%以上,出水中总铁的浓度低于0.3mg/L.反冲洗对装置的去除效果具有一定的影响,反冲洗以后,除铁能力需要25min才能完全恢复.扫描电镜对河砂表面活性滤膜的表征结果表明河砂表面能够形成结合紧密的絮状滤膜.
Cheap sand was used as filtration material in the biological contact oxidation filter to study the effects of Fe removal under different conditions. The results showed that it should take six days for the filter to have stable ability of Fe removal when the influent concentration of Fe was 6 mg/L, filtering velocity was 8.3m/h and the pH was 6.8. The Fe removal rate was above 90 % and effluent Fe concentration was below 0.3mg/L. The backwash was disadvantageous to Fe removal performance. After backwash, it takes 25 min to recover the ability of Fe removal. The results of stereoscan showed that a tightly-coupled flocculent membrane was formed at the surface of sand.
