摘要
“科教兴村”计划的实施是一个庞大的系统工程,农村劳动力转移是其重要的组成部分。我国农村劳动力转移仍然处在探索阶段,如何搞好农村劳动力转移,国外有成功的经验可借鉴。通过对国外农村劳动力转移的历史考察,归纳概括出其主要的动因,并进行综合的比较分析。
The plan of revitalizing villages through science and education is a huge systematic project, of which rural labor force shift is an important part. However, rural labor force shift is still at the tentative stage in our country, successful experiences in other countries can be used for reference for rural labor force shift in our country. The paper investigates the history of the development of rural labor force shift in other countries and generalizes its main reasons based on comprehensive and comparative analyses, in order to be reference for rural labor force shift in our country during social transition and get enlightenment on the implementation of revitalizing villages through science and education in our country.
