摘要
水文预报在防洪减灾中具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。系统回顾和总结了水文预报方面国内外的主要研究进展,对经验相关法、传统模型、现代模型和PUB方法分别进行了评述和分析,并对今后的水文预报工作进行了展望。
The hydrographic forecasting possesses the theoretical and the practical significance in the flood prevention and the hazard reduction. This paper systematically reviews and sums up the main progresses of domestic and foreign researches on the hydrographic forecasting, makes the comment and analysis on the empirical correlation method, traditional model, modern model and PUB method respectively, and looks forward to the future hydrographical forecasting work.
