摘要 文章介绍了一种新的液控缸式往复高压注液泵,它将液压缸与2个注液泵头连在一起,构成一个统一的封闭缸体,对外无任何活动部件,使其各种作用力都变成内力,因而对基座不产生冲击力。这种泵可以消除或大大减小冲击力和振动噪声,也大大缩小体积。此外该机还采用了一个特殊补偿器可完全补偿换向时输出流体出现的流量和压力缺口。因此,克服了同类泵共有的流量、压力波动等缺点。并具有换向频率低(≤10 min-1)和流量可变等优点。 A new type of hydraulic controlled cylinder type of reciprocating high pressure waterflood pump is presented. This pump is combined together with two waterflood pump ends to construct a unitized and sealed cylinder body,there is no movable component to outside,thus all the acting forces are changed into inner forces,and no impulsive force is produced on the base. Dus to above principle the impulsive force and vibrating noise can be eliminated or decreased greatly, and the volume can be reduced. Moreover, this type of pump adopts a special compensator which can be used to compensate completely the shortages of the flow and pressure introduced by the ottput fluid. Therefore the common disadvantanges for the same type of pumps, such as the impulse, vibration, and the fluctuation of the flow and pressure can be overcome. In addition,there are other advantages such as, the reversal frequency is lower(≤ 10 min^-1 ), the flow is changeable.
