摘要
介绍大庆油田欠平衡预探井汪深1井设计及施工情况。该井采用井底负压控制技术实现了精确控制井底负压值的大小,达到了流钻欠平衡勘探效果,随钻一直点火成功,气体流量很大,采用地面数据采集监测分析技术进行环空压力、地层压力的分析,结果与实际基本吻合,在完井测试中达到工业气流,该井设计合理,采用井底负压控制技术和地面数据监测采集分析技术取得了较好的效果。实践表明,采用井底负压控制技术能够实现井底负压的精确控制,井底负压值基本上控制在-0.5^-1之间,该井的成功完钻,使井底负压控制和地面数据采集监测技术取得了较好的应用效果,提高了大庆长垣东部深层欠平衡钻井技术水平。
Wangshen 1 well is an important underbalanced pro- exploring well in Daqing oilfield. The well adopts the controlling technique of bottom hole underpressure to control the negative pressure value accurately, to obtain the effect of flowing drilling underbalanced exploring. Ignition succeeds during drilling all the while and the flow of gas is much. Adopting ground data collection and inspecting technique analyzes the annulus pressure and formation pressure, the result accords with the fact. In the well completion test, flow of gas reaches to industry flow. Through field testing in Wangshen 1 well, the negative pressure controlling technique and ground data monitoring collection obtain better application effect, and value of the negative pressure was controlled between 0.5-1.
